The Brooks Reports Benchmark 3,000th Sale

By: Editorial Staff

Sales Reflect Market Trends

New home sales have reached the 3,000th mark at The Brooks, the 2,532-acre master-planned community being developed by The Bonita Bay Group at U.S. 41 and Coconut Road in Bonita Springs. The Brooks opened for sales in January 1998.

"The 3,000th sale is a significant milestone for The Brooks, and one of many that have been reached ahead of projections," said Bill Wier, general panager of The Brooks. "The community has been on a record-setting pace since it opened, reaching 1,000 sales just two years after opening, 2,000 sales in 2001 and, now, its 3,000th sale in 2002."

The Brooks features four gated communities: Shadow Wood, Lighthouse Bay, Copperleaf and Spring Run.

"The Brooks is truly a success story," said Wier. "These 3,000 sales demonstrate the trust homebuyers have placed in The Brooks and the Southwest Florida real estate market."
