CB Richard Ellis Announces Transactions

ELG Financial Corp has purchased 7.47 acres of land on Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs from The Home Depot for $3.5 million. The land consists of the commercially zoned out-parcels in front of the new Home Depot on Bonita Beach Road. The purchaser is an investor and developer who is now offering the parcels for re-sale through CB Richard Ellis. Gary Dewey and Allen Molin of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples brokered the transaction.

Eduardo Pereiso has purchased Empire Plaza, a 16,800-square-footstrip center at 600 Goodlette Road N. in Naples, from Empire Plaza, LLC for $1,540,000. The retail center, built in 1970, currently has nine tenants and was purchased as an investment property. Fred Kermani, of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples represented the seller and Mike Tomany of Naples Realty Services represented the purchaser.

Momentum Logistics has leased 27,840 square feet at Metro Distribution Center, 3991 Sivan Road, from LSOF CYNWYD, LP. The logistics company chose the site based on the building's excellent location and conformity to their needs. Richard W. Courts of Carter & Associates and Lynn Leffler of Flordeco Realty handled the transaction for the tenant and Stan Stouder of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples handled the transaction for the landlord.

BWT Property Management has leased 12,000 square feet at Metro Distribution Center, 3991 Sivan Road, from LSOF CYNWYD, LP. The tire distribution company chose their new location based on the location and building configuration. Tim Kilkelly of Trammell Crow handled the transaction for the tenant and Stan Stouder of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples handled the transaction for the landlord.

Smart Disk Corp. has leased 27,000 square feet at 12780 Westlinks Dr. from Baader North America. The developer of hard drive devices was attracted to the property due to it's ability to provide a combined warehouse and corporate headquarters. Bob Johnston and Randal Mercer of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers- Naples brokered the transaction.
