Colonial Acquires Homesites in Estero Community

By: Editorial Staff

Company Making Enhancements at Rookery Pointe

Colonial Homes has acquired the remaining 130 homesites at Rookery Pointe, a gated Estero community of single-family homes.

"Rookery Pointe is centrally located in Estero, and close to area conveniences. We're offering three collections of single-family home designs that will complement the existing homes in the community," said Tony Persichilli, president of Colonial Homes' Naples/Fort Myers Division.

Colonial Homes has already begun enhancements throughout Rookery Pointe, including additional landscaping at the entry and in the medians within the community. The sales and information center is also being improved. At completion, there will be 236 homes in the community. Pre-construction pricing starts from the $200s.

Colonial Homes is owned by the Colonial Cos.
