Real Estate Transactions Announced

Parcels in Fort Myers
David Weekley Homes has purchased a parcel of land from Briarcrest, LLC for $366,500. Randy Thibaut, president

of Land Solutions and Matt Harden, also of Land Solutions represented

both parties.

The parcel consists of 5 lots and will be used for single-family homes. It

is located on Briarcrest Circle off of Briarcliff Road in south Fort Myers.

Meanwhile, Hawk's Preserve, LLC has purchased a

parcel of land from S.W. Florida Land Five, LLC for $1,875.000. Randy

Thibaut, president of Land Solutions represented both parties.

The parcel consists of 81.42+/- acres. The land will be used for 186

single-family homes. It is located in Buckingham in east Fort Myers.
