J.L. Wallace Inc. completes condominiums in Jubilation Community

J.L. Wallace recently completed final phase construction on condominiums for Jubilation Development Corporation.

Phase II consisted of three, eight-unit condominium buildings at 1202 Carson Road in Immokalee. Each 10,116-square-foot, two-story building holds eight two-bedroom, two-bath units with laundry, covered lanai, and private entrances. The condominiums are classified as affordable housing.

J.L. Wallace project manager Jerry Wallace and job superintendent DeWayne Banks were responsible for the daily operations of the project.
