LaBelle, Clewiston to host small business workshops

The U.S. Small Business Administration will host two free workshops on Sept. 4, first in LaBelle and later in Clewiston.

Guests will learn about programs and services available to entrepreneurs and small business owner. Presenting the information is the SBA, Florida Gulf Coast University's Small Business Development Center, the LaBelle and Clewiston chambers of commerce, the Hendry County Economic Development Council, Southwest Florida Regional Development Council and lending institutions.

LaBelle's workshop runs from 9 to 11 a.m. at City Hall, 481 W. Hickpochee Ave., and Clewiston's goes from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at John Boy Auditorium, the Beardsley Room, 1200 S. W.C. Owen Ave.
