Land Solutions opens office in Port Charlotte

Less than six months after doubling its office space in Fort Myers, Land Solutions has added an office in the Sun Trust Building at 18501 Murdock Circle. Suite 308 in Port Charlotte.

Land Solutions will share the 2,375-square-foot office space with Pavese Law Firm and Barraco & Associates Engineering.

"The new office will help us better serve clients in Charlotte and Sarasota counties," says Randy Thibaut, owner and broker of Land Solutions.

Land Solutions was founded by Thibaut to assist builders and developers in the procurement and disposition of land suitable for residential development.
