Myers, Brettholtz & Company: free nonprofit seminar series

For the second year, Myers, Brettholtz & Company, PA, Certified Public Accountants & Business Consultants, will host a series of free “Sunrise Quickinars” for nonprofit organizations. Dates include August 24, September 14 & 28, October 12 & 26 and November 9. Focusing on accounting practices and requirements specifically for nonprofits, all the seminars are coordinated with the Southwest Florida Community Foundation in partnership with United Way of Lee, Hendry and Glades. Registration and a continental breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. The seminars will last from 8:15 until 10 a.m. All seminars will be held at the United Way at 7273 Concourse Blvd., Fort Myers. Fiduciary Speaking Series by Lance McKinney

Lance McKinney, partner with the elder law firm of Osterhout, McKinney & Prather, P.A., announced a series of speaking engagements open to the public to be held in September and October. The series will focus on how to serve as a fiduciary.
