A 275-unit, highly-amenitized apartment complex is planned in the U.S. 41 corridor in Fort Myers. More than 8 acres of multi-family zoned land immediately behind Palm Pointe Shoppes at 11605 S. Cleveland Ave. was sold to 41 Central Fort Myers Apartments LLC for $3.4 million.
The 18-month development will break ground in February. “This extension of Palm Pointe Shoppes is an optimal site for the 41 Central apartment project,” said LandQwest Commercial Real Estate Services Managing Principal Mike Concilla, who represented the seller, 2010 Palm Pointe LP. “There’s excellent visibility along 41, not to mention walkable dining options right outside your door.”
Jonathan Richards of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
