Engel & Volkers Yachting, a global brokerage of luxury sailing and motor yachts, has established its first Florida location along Fifth Avenue South in Naples, the Business Improvement District announced Tuesday.
Engel & Volkers Yachting at 837 Fifth Ave. S., Suite 200, assists private and business clients in the sale, acquisition and chartering of high-end yachts in more than 30 countries worldwide. The firm was founded as a division of the globally recognized Engel & Volkers in 2006 and has U.S. offices in Newport Beach and Tiburon, California, with plans to open in Annapolis, Maryland, early next year. It also has locations throughout Europe. The new Yachting office operates on the second floor above Engel & Volkers’ luxury real estate office in downtown Naples.
“Our new office on Fifth Avenue South provides our yacht brokers with great exposure not only to residents and visitors in Naples, but other parts of the state who we can serve from this location,” said Leeann Iacino, chief operating officer for Engel & Volkers Yachting.
