Hammock Park Retail Center is planned on Collier Boulevard near Rattlesnake Hammock Road in East Naples. The new 20,000-square-foot multitenant retail center will have 5,000 square feet of restaurant space and outdoor dining. The project is expected to be submitted for permitting this quarter.

The center will be built on a parcel adjoining the 265-unit Hammock Park Apartments, which is already in the permitting process. MK Architecture was awarded the new design project by Hammock Park Apartment LLC and FL Star Development and Construction to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for both the retail center and apartment complex.
