Bonita Springs-based Grumpy Goat Coffee and Hopsized Brewing Co. announced a coffee porter called Dr. Goat as the first release in their collaboration to create unique craft beer recipes. The limited edition craft beer infuses the flavors and aromas of Grumpy Goat’s single origin, fully traceable Colombian coffee beans. Dr. Goat will be on tap at Hopsized Brewing’s tasting room in Bonita Springs at 9201 Cockleshell Drive starting Thursday during the Wandering Goat tasting event. This is Grumpy Goat’s fourth beer collaboration with microbrewers in Bonita Springs.
