Construction is underway on the AC Hotel by Marriott Naples at the intersection of Goodlette-Frank Road and Fifth Avenue South. AC Hotel Naples is the hospitality component of Naples Square, a mixed-use development master-planned by Wheelock Street Capital and The Ronto Group. Once fully complete, Naples Square will include nearly 300 luxury condominium units, multiple restaurants and a 350-seat performing arts complex in addition to the new 150-room hotel. The three-story AC Hotel Naples will include a ground-floor café and lobby, 2,500 square feet of divisible meeting space, a rooftop pool, and Limón, a rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating. It is slated for completion in fall 2023.
