MK Architecture was awarded the architectural and engineering services for a multifamily development in The Forum in Fort Myers. Kaizen Cos. of Duluth, Minnesota, will develop the Flats at the Forum, a five-story, 107-unit apartment building with one- and two-bedroom units, with a full amenity package and resort-style pool. The project is anticipated to be under construction by the end of 2023.
