Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. purchased a 50.6-acre residential property at 17251 Williams Road in North Fort Myers from WS Trust and Slater Bend LLC as to Parcel A-1, Danial B. Light and Gully Creak LLC as to Parcel A-2 and L.B. Anderson and Co. Inc. and Gully Creek LLC as to Parcel A-3 for $4 million. Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and Randy Thibaut, ALC, of LSI Companies Inc. represented the buyer and seller.
