Atlanta-headquartered developer Pulte Homes closed on the land for a new Bonita Springs townhome community called Solis Grande. On the northeast corner of the Bonita Beach Road and Bonita Grande Drive intersection, the 11-acre Solis Grande community will offer 118 townhomes. Townhome options will include three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom designs with 1,650 to 1,800 square feet of living space. Additional features include one- and two-car garages and private patios and backyards from the mid-$400,000s. Pulte expects to begin construction of the model townhomes by the end of 2023 and launch home sales in spring 2024.
