The city of Bonita Springs will host its annual free Star-Spangled Bonita event on July 4 in downtown Bonita Springs’ Riverside Park, 10450 Reynolds St. The Bonita Springs Professional Firefighters Local 3444 will host its annual parade at 9 a.m. on Old 41 Road. At 6 p.m., the city will host festivities, including musical entertainment by Southwest Florida country group The Ben Allen Band, an ice cream eating contest and a firework display and laser light show at dusk.
