Collier County Parks & Recreation Division announced Sugden Regional Park’s Lake Avalon, 4284 Avalon Drive in East Naples, will be closed for exotic weed maintenance from Thursday, Sept. 21, through Friday, Sept. 22. No water activities can take place during this time. Lake Avalon will reopen to the public on Saturday, Sept. 23.
