Darlington Investment Group LLC purchased a 6,339-square-foot building on 1.35 acres leased by Mister Car Wash at 1707 Cape Coral Parkway E. in Cape Coral from Orion Mister LLC for $5,756,236. The property, which was previously a Downtowner Car Wash location, last sold in April 2023 for $3,024,464.
