Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida received a $5,000 grant from the Collier Community Foundation. These funds will support capacity building, which will help improve the nonprofit’s operational capacity, ensure it has the tools to operate successfully and enhance and expand educational programming. The programs are designed to provide workforce readiness to thousands of Southwest Florida middle and high school students. Trained volunteers share their practical, real-life knowledge and experience in the classroom to engage students and teach life skills outside the classroom.
