The Estero Parkway overpass over Interstate 75 reopened to all traffic at noon Nov. 3, following the early completion of scheduled maintenance activities, Lee County officials said. The project was completed ahead of schedule thanks to the joint effort and collaboration between Zep Construction, HighSpans Engineering and the Lee County Department of Transportation. The primary detour via Corkscrew Road was removed Nov. 3, and pedestrians and bicyclists resumed using the overpass.
