MK Architecture completed the preliminary design drawings and received Town of Fort Myers Beach approval for the new Pink Shell Resort Hotel building. It is set to be located on the bay side, directly across from the Pink Shell Beach Resort, and features five stories over parking, introducing 40 new hotel units. Construction of the new hotel is expected to begin within the next two years.
