Located off Three Oaks Parkway in south Fort Myers, a mile from Florida Gulf Coast University, the three-story building built in 2004 on 21.29 acres sold for $361,750 per unit or $90,438 per bed. Amenities include a resort-style pool with an expansive sun deck, a 24-hour fully equipped fitness center, valet trash, grilling stations and lakeside hammocks. Students can access private shuttles that run directly to and from the university. The clubhouse comprises study rooms, a computer lab, a media room, high-speed internet, a coffee bar and lounge areas. Every unit has a floor plan featuring a fully furnished four-bedroom, four-bath layout.
