National home builder Taylor Morrison is continuing its expansion into Charlotte County with new condominium development Bella Via located on Collina Way in Port Charlotte.

The development includes 10 buildings with eight units apiece surrounded by a man-made lake. The two-bedroom, two-bath condos, ranging from 1,616 to 1,632 square feet are priced from the mid-$200s.

The gated community’s amenities include a pool, spa, fitness center and clubhouse with a billiards table.

A spokesperson for Arizona-based Taylor Morrison said HOA fees are $699 per quarter, or $233 monthly.

Buyers can rent their unit for up to five times a year, for no less than 30 days, the spokesperson said.

This is the third of four developments Taylor Morrison is building or has built in Charlotte County.

Seahaven luxury condos in Punta Gorda Isles are nearing completion with some finished and for sale.

The company also built single-family homes in the West Port section of Port Charlotte.

Yet to be constructed is the resort-style community of Esplanade at Starling planned along Burnt Store Road.

Taylor Morrison homes are in 19 markets in 11 states.

The developments range in price and style for renters and buyers seeking their first home, a “move-up” residence, a luxury home or those seeking a resort lifestyle.
