The Brooks Burgers & Tavern location at Logan Landings in North Naples is changing its name to Brooks Grill & Tavern and diversifying its menu to be less of a burger joint and more of a dining spot for steaks, ribs, prime rib and seafood as well as a bar-friendly atmosphere through midnight. The name on the building already has been changed ahead of the fresh concept’s debut on Monday, Nov. 2, owner Todd Brooks said. Brooks’ other three locations in Naples, East Naples and North Naples will continue operating as the original Brooks Burgers concept, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this month. Those famous burgers also still will be on the new menu at the Logan Landings location, which launched last November in the Sprouts-anchored center at 2220 Logan Blvd. N, Suite 805.
