London-based private equity investment company Henley Investment Management, in a joint venture with Naples-based Gillette Development, acquired waterside land a mile east of downtown Naples with plans for a $350 million condo residential development. The 350,000-square-foot development in the Bayshore Gateway Triangle Community Redevelopment Area will include 60 to 70 condominiums and more than 100 boat slips with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through the city’s intercoastal network. MHK Architecture and interior designer Megan Sherwood will design it. Henley officials said comparable condo developments in the Naples area have recently sold for more than $2,000 per square foot.
