Aldi (Florida) LLC purchased a 2.86-acre parcel at 3510 Del Prado Blvd. N. in Cape Coral from Casto Cape Coral LLC for $1.1 million. John Mounce and Jessica McEvoy of LQ Commercial represented the buyer. Development records show a permit was issued and work can begin on the Aldi’s Grocery Entrada West project at the northwest corner of the Del Prado Boulevard North-De Navarra Parkway intersection. It would be the fifth Aldi location in Cape Coral, with the nearest 3 miles away at 1843 NE Pine Island Road.
