Avow received a $20,000 grant from the Collier Community Foundation to support grief and bereavement programming for people of all ages, supporting events such as the Center for Grief Support’s annual Thanksgiving. The event provided a holiday meal for about 60 bereavement program participants, many spending their first holiday without their loved ones.
