Babcock Ranch continues to rank among the top-selling communities in the nation on industry-leading lists for 2024. America’s first solar-powered town was recognized as the 10th best-selling master-planned community by John Burns Research and Consulting. The rankings are based on the town’s 797 home sales in 2024. This year, Babcock Ranch was also named one of Money’s Best Places to Live – a selection based on its sustainability, walkability, community events, businesses and amenities – and reached nearly 4,500 total home sales since the town’s opening in 2017.
