Gainesville-based King Insurance, a full-service brokerage providing property and casualty insurance as well as employee benefits solutions, announced the acquisition of Professional Insurance Services Inc. in Cape Coral. Founded by Gary Baker in 1989, Pro provides commercial and personal lines coverages to its customer base out of its office at 9 Del Prado Blvd. N. Baker will continue to oversee the operation during a transitionary period before he retires from the industry.
