City of Cape Coral announced the closure of the permitting counter at City Hall and the offline status of the EnerGov CSS Portal on May 30-31 for essential system upgrades. During the system upgrades, residents and contractors will not be able to submit permit applications, check permit statuses or schedule inspections. Normal operations are expected to resume by June 3, barring any unforeseen circumstances, city officials said.
