Charlotte County commissioners approved the final site plan for a 292-multifamily apartment project at 1200 Loveland Blvd., adjoining Phase 1 of the project, which was completed in spring 2023.

Encompassing 7.82 acres, Jacaranda Place Phase 2 will have amenities and associated infrastructure. While Phase 1 of Jacaranda Place’s 88 rental units is for small families or individuals who are disabled or face homelessness, Phase 2 is slated to be market rate.

Phase 1 has a clubhouse, pool, lake views and a covered bike storage area.

Completion of Jacaranda Place Phase 2 is expected by January 2027, according to site plans submitted to the county.
