Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida raised $140,000 on April 10 at its CAC Reimagined fundraiser at the Alderman House in Fort Myers. The funds will directly support the nonprofit’s mission to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children affected by abuse and neglect, where they can share their stories, begin to heal and thrive with wraparound support. Services offered include forensic interviews, medical exams, therapy, advocacy, prevention programs and community education.
