Fort Myers-based Wright Construction Group is coming to a close on the preconstruction phase on Cape Coral’s Yacht Club Renovation, with the construction documents and environmental permitting being about 90% complete. The entire Yacht Club Community Park is scheduled to close in April for approximately two years for safety reasons. However, the Boat House Restaurant will remain open during construction. The renovation will equip the Yacht Club with a new three-story parking garage and a new four-lane boat ramp. Yacht Club Community Park was launched in 1962.
