Genesis Naples LLC purchased Tract 92, a 4.18-acre commercial site at Pine Ridge Road and Interstate 75 in North Naples, from Frank Clesen & Sons Inc. for $4,734,000. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA, of CRE Consultants represented the seller, and George Vukobratovich of Welsh Companies represented the buyer. Genesis also purchased Tract 93, a 4.03-acre site at Pine Ridge and I-75 in North Naples, from Frank V. Kralik Rev Trust for $4 million. Kermani represented the seller, and Vukobratovich represented the buyer.
