Conditioned Air Company has hired Diane Arutt Matty as chief financial officer. A licensed certified public accountant, Matty brings more than 30 years of executive financial management experience to Conditioned Air. She recently served as vice president of finance and accounting and assistant treasurer for Fuel Capital Group, where she managed financial operations for the motorcycle financing and leasing firm. Matty also operated her own professional consulting firm in Port Washington, New York. She started her career in 1990 as a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP in New York and holds a Master of Science degree in manufacturing systems engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Lehigh University. Conditioned Air is the region’s largest air-conditioning contracting and service firm, with nearly 400 employees across Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee counties.
