BH Group, a private equity firm and real estate developer The Kolter Group purchased the Bahama Club mid-rise condo complex on 2.5 acres at 1121 Gulfshore Blvd. N. in Naples from the Bahama Club Co-op for $102.6 million. JLL Capital Markets represented the seller. Centennial Bank, led by Senior Vice President Jay Brito, provided a $56.4 million loan to the buyers of the beachfront property on Naples’ Miracle Mile. Adjacent to the forthcoming Naples Beach Club hotel and residences, which is branded under the Four Seasons name, and near the Rosewood residences to the north, the property spans 220 linear feet of beach frontage. The zoning allows 45 residential condos to be built on it.
The county’s hurricane fund was established for accounting purposes and covering all hurricane-related expenses.
