Construction started on a 42-unit waterfront condominium development in Naples. The Ronto Group’s Rosewood Residences are planned for 1601 Gulf Shore Boulevard N. with residences ranging from 4,266 to 9,673 square feet and include five penthouses. The development will feature two pools, including shaded cabanas and lounge seating, firepit areas with seating and bocce ball courts with shaded trellis seating areas. Ronto Group officials didn’t disclose when construction would be completed.
