Estero’s planning, zoning and design board unanimously approved Tuesday the consumption on-premises to allow alcoholic beverage service in the two outdoor patio areas of the Cheesecake Factory opening at Coconut Point in the large space that Stir Crazy vacated three years ago. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant, which is set to open Aug. 22, will seat 270 indoor patrons and 74 outdoor patrons. Approval is limited to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages between the hours of 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily for both indoor and outdoor seating. Along with this, outdoor music volume will be limited to a conversational level and must comply with Simon Malls’ restrictions and enforcement.
Get set for a scrumptious smorgasbord of restaurants preparing to open in the Naples area in 2025.
