Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency awarded a $10.06 million tax increment rebate to Eduardo Caballero of Jaxi CMD LLC on behalf of Cedar River at Fort Myers LLC, developer of the One Fort Myers project. Located at 2583 First St., the 21-story condominium building will have 34 residences and 68 parking spaces. The $50 million project was previously awarded an increment rebate of $3,169,855. Construction was originally scheduled to commence in May 2024. A new timeline includes starting construction late fall of 2025 with expected completion in 2026.
