Del Webb is putting the finishing touches on the 6-acre resort amenity campus at Del Webb Oak Creek. Created to enhance the 55-plus lifestyle of the North Fort Myers community, the amenities are set to debut in a few months. The outdoor sports complex, featuring eight pickleball courts and three bocce courts with shaded canopies, is complete. The 17,000-square-foot grand clubhouse will feature a performance fitness studio with strength training and cardio equipment and a separate movement studio. It will also have a full-service demonstration kitchen. The grand veranda overlooks the freeform resort pool, which will offer lap lanes and a surface virtually flush with the pool deck, where umbrellas and palms will shade lounges. There will also be a separate heated spa, a fire pit lounge and a pool bath cabana. The Oak House Bar & Grill will offer a full-service bar, daytime and dinner menus, indoor and poolside patio dining, and seating at the tiki bar.
