Rachael Loukonen

Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Estero’s Rachael Loukonen and Fort Myers’ Trent Reichling to serve as judges on the 20th Judicial Circuit Court. Loukonen, who fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Lee Ann Schreiber, has worked as a shareholder at Cheffy Passidomo P.A. since 2019. Previously, she was the director at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby P.C. Reichling, who fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Margaret O. Steinbeck, has served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Florida since 2018. Previously, he was an assistant state attorney for Miami-Dade County.
