Development Partners International LLC, led by Naples residents Fred Pezeshkan and Jerry Starkey, broke ground on a 15-story high-rise in downtown Naples. Located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, Aura at Metropolitan Naples will offer 56 residences, including two-bedroom-plus-den units and four-bedroom designs. With square footage ranging from 1,890 to 6,335 square feet, these residences are priced from $2 million to more than $7 million. Amenities will include a sky pool, fitness center and yoga studio, a fifth-floor residents lounge, an on-site business center, conference room, outdoor kitchen, grilling area, fire pits and a putting green.
