Charlotte County Community Development Department opened a pop-up permitting site at the Mac V. Horton West County Annex, 6868 San Casa Drive in Englewood. This location will assist homeowners and contractors with residential storm-related permits for baby barrier, demolition, door, electrical, fence, mechanical (AC), plumbing, remodel, roof, shutters, siding or soffit, stucco, water heater and window. Operating hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays. Commercial permits are not currently available at this site.
