401 Columbus Avenue Co. LLC purchased 11 acres of vacant land at 21681 Pelican Sound Drive in Estero from Joan F. Tobin, Barbara Z. Walker and Roger W. Wallace, as trustees of the trust for the benefit of Alexis Tobin, for $8.1 million. David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer and seller.
The county’s hurricane fund was established for accounting purposes and covering all hurricane-related expenses.
