First Watch opened its newest location Nov. 25 near the northeast corner of Collier Boulevard and Rattlesnake Hammock Road in Collier County. The Florida-based daytime dining restaurant serving breakfast, brunch and lunch brings a chef-inspired menu and rotating seasonal offerings to the 3,500-square-foot space that seats more than 150 people, features a covered patio and serves housemade juices at an indoor and outdoor bar. Customer favorites include avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes and Million Dollar Bacon. Five times a year, First Watch offers a revolving seasonal menu that follows the sun’s position to source fresh ingredients. The restaurant at 8590 Collier Blvd. will offer its first seasonal menu in early 2025. It will employ approximately 30 people and will be open 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
