Hughes, Snell & Co. was founded in 1974 by William Hughes and Frank Snell as a full-service accounting firm. Tuscan & Co. P.A., founded by Jeffrey M. Tuscan, brings 30 years of experience in auditing, tax and business consulting and a staff of 14 to the newly formed group.
