Fort Myers-headquartered LTC Global, a national distributor of life and health insurance products through its subsidiaries, acquired The Blair Agency, a Capitas Financial member headquartered in St. Louis. Michael Blair will continue to manage The Blair Agency, which was founded in 1972 and operates across the central U.S. The life and health insurance agency joins other LTC Global group and Capitas Financial member agencies Pacific Southwest Financial and Insurance Services, The Smith Cos., NorthCoast Brokerage Agency and Pittsburgh Brokerage Services. LTC Global is a provider of capital to insurance agents and agencies through lead and marketing finance programs, commission advance programs and renewal commission purchases.
