After sustaining severe damage from Hurricane Ian in 2022, making it unrepairable, Dolphin Inn Resort on the south end of Fort Myers Beach was completely demolished July 16. Built in 1966, the 22-room Gulf access boutique resort became a staple on the barrier island. The land at 655 Estero Blvd. is listed for $4.75 million, WINK News reports.
