Housing Trust Group LLC purchased a 2.32-acre commercial site at 2682 Oak Ridge Court and 2631 Swamp Cabbage Court in Fort Myers from PF Collier LLC and PF Bruno LLC for $1.06 million. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA, of CRE Consultants represented the buyer and seller.
